Global Connection Series

Receptions featuring international organizations, groups or individuals that create global connections for South Carolina in the areas of trade, politics and culture.

A Taste of the World Series

Monthly dinners at a new ethnic restaurant in the Midlands, encouraging  social interaction among members, staff and the board. Good food, company and cuisine.

Conversation Groups

Informal gatherings of individuals interested in practicing/maintaining their foreign language skills. Groups meet in French, German, Spanish, Russian, and Chinese. Click here to learn more.

Member Happy Hour

Join us for drinks and light hors d'oeuvres as we kick off summer with a member happy hour at the Sheraton's Rooftop Lounge. This event will be held from 5:30-7 p.m. May 20. Hors d'oeuvres will be provided by the Council and members can buy drinks at the bar. This will be a great time for members to fellowship with old friends and also become acquainted with the new Council members. Don't miss out on this fun evening!

Join us as we welcome the Consul General of India, the Honorable Ajit Kumar, for an engaging speaker luncheon titled "India Today -- Impact and Opportunities".  This lecture will focus on the growing relationship between India and South Carolina.
