Turkish Cultural Symposium Part Deux !

World Affairs Council members are welcomed to participate in our secondary Turkish Workshop being held to prepare six Columbia-area teachers for their summer tour.  Join us for a sure-fire interactive experience with three great speakers!

About Our Speakers:

Ms. Bonnie Joy Kaslan, Consul General of the Turkish Republic briefing us on “Women’s Issues in Turkey”

Mr. Gunay Evinch, Board Member of the World Affairs Councils of America speaking on "U.S.-Turkish Relations: Challenges and Opportunities Ahead"

Mr. Fred Monk, Chairman of the Columbia World Affairs Council and President of ECI-Find New Markets to talk about “Business Opportunities in Turkey Today”

Dinner will be served at 6:00PM to be followed by three Turkish Presentations beginning promptly at 6:45.
