Distinguished Speakers Series: Kevin Knobloch's Avoiding a Dangerous Nuclear Era: The Future of U.S. Nuclear Weapons Policy

Program Synopsis: Mr. Knobloch, President of the Union of Concerned Scientists, will be discussing the policy steps the future U.S. President should take to reduce the threat posed by nuclear weapons and prevent their proliferation, analyzing the 2008 candidates’ nuclear positions, and examining the efficacy of current U.S. nuclear policy and doctrine.
